How to assemble the new pole:
First you need to disassemble the current pole assembly:
- Hook the elastic holding pole sections at the end nearest the broken section and pull out so knot can be undone (or if necessary cut off).
- Release the elastic and pull back through pole sections to the broken section taking care to keep the pole sections in the correct order.
- Remove damaged section.
Cut the new section to same length as damaged section using a hacksaw.
Reassemble pole as follows:
- Replace broken section with new section.
- Using a length of wire fixed to the end of the elastic (e.g. using tape) feed the elastic through all the poles in the correct order and re-knot at end.

I found reloading my Amazon gift card balance much easier than expected. The process was simple and took about 5 minutes at most. Here are the exact steps to do it:
Login: In the Amazon app or on Amazon.com, log in to your account.
Menu: Tap the 3 lines on the bottom right corner of your screen (next to Rufus, Amazon's AI).
Find Category: In the section highlighted "Shop by category," tap on Gifting & Registry (3rd option down in that section) and a drop-down menu will appear.
Select Gift Cards: On the drop-down menu, tap Gift Cards (first option).
Choose Your Action: "The Gift Card Shop" will appear. There you will have three options: "Redeem a gift card," "View your balance," and "Reload."
Start Reload: To add funds, tap Reload.
Select Type: Scroll down to "Add funds directly to your Amazon Gift Card balance" and tap which reload type you want (one-time, low balance auto-reload, or scheduled auto-reload).
Enter Amount: Choose your reload amount. The default is $25, but you can type in your own amount as well (the minimum amount is $5.00).
Finish: Tap the orange "Buy Now" tab.

Great for keeping bank statements clean but random security delays are frustrating

I use the balance reload tool to manage my monthly budget and easily hit credit card sign-up bonuses. It keeps my bank statements totally clean by grouping dozens of tiny e-book and movie rental charges into one single transaction. Most of the time the whole process works flawlessly and the money shows up in my account within five minutes. You just need to watch out for a few annoying system quirks when you load larger amounts of money. Even though it usually works instantly the automated security filter sometimes flags big reloads and freezes the transaction for hours.
